Instead of talking to a secretary, you speak to Paul, immediately.  We avoid working with secretaries and supervisors because we understand that you need correct answers right away, from the founder of Paulus.  “Toll free numbers” are for the giant agencies, if you ever need us, for any reason, Just call Paul!

We are a licensed Home Health Care Agency with the PA Department of Health.
This license requires Pennsylvania agencies to maintain high standards of care at all times.  The PA Health Department conducts annual safety checks with the agencies they choose to license.    

We are a fully insured and bonded Pennsylvania Home Health Care Agency.  
Your family and elder parent are automatically covered by a trusted insurance company that specializes in home health care.  Our CAREPARTNERS enjoy the security of a certified workers compensation package.     

We require all prospective CAREPARTNERS to test into our agency. 
Prospective employees are presented with a 250 page training manual after their primary application is reviewed and approved.  CAREPARTNERS must earn a 90% or higher on their step-one exam before they are considered for one-on-one training. 

Our CAREPARTNERS complete the PA Department of Aging training program.    
This program offers a 41-category-class that requires the prospective CAREPARTNER to test out of each section.  This training class is held in addition to our own "caregiver" to CAREPARTNER training program.

Federal background checks, Childline verifications, driving record analysis, and drug testing are all completed before we officially hire any of our PAULUS employees. These records are up-to-date, verified monthly.   

CAREPARTNERS delivering personal care are required to have a CNA license.  
We hire professionals that hold Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certifications from highly respected universities/programs.  CNA's have been trained and certified by skilled professors (usually nurses, nurse practitioners, or physician's assistants). When your loved one requires personal care, they deserve an agency that presents a Certified Nursing Assistant rather than an unskilled worker.  

We use the very latest in communication technology, and we use it the right way. 
If you have access to Wi-Fi or a 5G connection, you will be able to check in on the completion of your loved one's care plan in "real-time."   We utilize a scheduling and communication program called Wellsky, previously called Clearcare.  This program displays your loved one's CAREPLANS and CAREJOURNALS, as they are completed. Of course you can always call your CAREPARTNER, or Paul, at any time as well!
