PAULUS Home Care communication technology creates an environment of comfort and relaxation; providing peace of mind to our client families.   By using the latest in technology, we are able to show you in "real-time" that your loved one is safe, content, and working towards true independence.  This technology allows for a transparent view into your loved one's daily progress!  

We use a program called WellSky, formally called Clearcare, to keep everyone up-to-date with schedules, arrivals, departures, CAREPLAN delivery, and CAREJOURNAL uploads.  WellSky is a database that permits everyone involved in your loved one's care to work together.  If your loved one requires more than one CAREPARTNER, WellSky allows them to share notes, transfer CAREPLANS, and communicate their efforts 24-hours a day.        

This software program is internet based.  So, all you need is your own login and password to view your loved one's CAREPLAN.  If you have a Wi-Fi connection or a 5G smart phone connection, you can check in at your own convenience without interrupting their day!  In a meeting and can't start a conversation with Mom? Just login and see that she just finished her coffee and is reading the new book you brought her yesterday!

Example CAREJOURNAL Partial Entry:  "Katherine was in really great spirits today.  She awoke at 6:35am and immediately wanted me to help with her shower. While we sat for our morning coffee, Katherine had the great idea of taking a walk in Miles Park.  We walked for a half hour, enjoying the warm sun.  It began to rain as we drove home, and we were able to see an amazing double-rainbow. Katherine said, "That'll bring us luck for tomorrow."  I got a really big kick out of her energy levels today.  We ate a big lunch and Brenda finished 2 ensure cans, one at breakfast and one between lunch and dinner.  This evening we plan to battle-it-out on the scrabble board after enjoying spaghetti & meatballs with garlic bread."
