The name PAULUS is the latin word for small and humble, the perfect word to describe our style of boutique home care. It has always been our promise at PAULUS to remain humble. Capping our client base at only 15 clients ensures the safety and quality of care for our community members. Instead of trying to gather as many clients as possible, like every other agency, we support a select group of clients, focusing on providing impeccable care every second of the day. Having such a small and capped client base allows our founding director to be available 24-hours a day to answer family and staff calls at all times. While PAULUS remains humble and small in quantity of clientele, we have the same health department certifications and licensures/bonding agreements, and carry even more insurance than the largest franchised agencies in the country. We are equipped in the same fashion as a huge agency franchise, but make the promise to cap our client base at 15, at all times. This is an unheard of sentiment in the home healthcare field that we are so proud to present to our client community. Since most home healthcare companies are profit driven rather than people driven, the design of our agency sets everyone involved in our family up for success, from day one.
